Your First Visit

Cost and Insurance:  I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS). A co-pay or coinsurance payment is usually required at each visit. Coverage under BCBS plans vary. Under some plans, there may be a deductible that must be met, and there may be limits on the number of sessions and types of services covered. Pre-authorization for my services may also be required. For additional information about your BCBS behavioral health coverage, contact BCBS at the number on your insurance card.
