Payment method

 

I currently accept cash, check, or credit card payments. Payment is due at beginning of the scheduled appointment. Should a payment be returned due to Nonsufficient Funds, a $20 processing charge will be incurred.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

There is an automatic missed appointment charge of the standard session fee for appointments not cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time, regardless of the reason.

 

 

Insurance

 

I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS), United Behavioral Health/Optum, Cigna, and Aetna. A co-pay or coinsurance payment is usually required at each visit. Coverage under insurance plans vary. Under some plans, there may be a deductible that must be met, and there may be limits on the number of sessions and types of services covered. Pre-authorization for my services may also be required. Contact your insurance provider for additional information about your particular plan.

Sliding Scale

 

The cost of therapy can be expensive, but prioritizing your mental health is worthwhile. While I generally do not work with a sliding scale, there may be exceptions to this. If you are facing financial hardships I am open to discussing various options with you.
