I am a licensed psychologist in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with over 20 years of education, training, and professional experience in providing psychological services for individuals, couples, and groups. I believe that therapy should consist of creating a safe and supportive environment to promote one’s ability to thrive in response to life’s challenges.

 

Having worked in a variety of settings with a diverse population, I have a breadth of experience and training to treat persons across the lifespan with differing mental health needs. I believe that the process of therapy, whether individual or couples counseling, is a collaborative effort in which I form an alliance with you to help find the path that best suits your needs.

 

Therapy can sometimes be a daunting word, with many biases surrounding it. Making the decision to see a psychologist is often a difficult one and one that I respect. To me, therapy is a relationship between the psychologist and client that promotes personal growth and freedom to live an abundant life.
